The H-2 nonimmigrant visa program permits employers to hire foreign workers to
come temporarily to the United States and perform temporary nonagricultural (B
visa) and agricultural (A Visa) services or labor on a one-time, seasonal, peakload
or intermittent basis.
The H-2 guest worker program allows for employers to develop a reliable and trained legal
workforce to supplement their year around staff. These seasonal foreign workers are
eager to return year after year.
Mexico is an ideal recruiting location due to its’ proximity to the U.S. border. Mexico is one
of the United States’ largest trade partners which allows for tremendous intercountry
familiarity. Mexicans are familiar with the United States and generally have little trouble
adapting to the work and way of life in the U.S.
