An illegal workforce can create serious difficulties for an employer. The nonimmigrant guest worker program, created by the United States government, was a direct action to help employers find and employ a legal workforce. If your company employs seasonal low-skilled laborers and you regularly have difficulty finding adequate U.S workers, the H2 program may be your solution.
The application process can be somewhat difficult and lengthy. Your company will be required to apply with your local State Labor Department Office and the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services in order to procure valid work visas.
